This more about comment and observation then a question.
I’ve been trying to create some complex UI logic using the Custom Dialog option on Venus6.
One thing I notice is that as soon as I place more then 10 objects (text blocks, and images ) it becomes extremely slow (I’ve a good workstation). I’m trying to edit the control dialog boxes, it takes a while to respond or just simply crash method editor all together.
With Images, I do use the “Link new images” or bind to variable option.
One work around I found is I place all the objects, then save the file, close everything and re-open, then they are more responsive.
Also a feature request for custom dialog boxes for future release, can we please get to bind variable to Image object’s blink option?
Currently, I’m just overlaying another picture above the blinking one, then turn on/off visibility prior to showing the dialog box.
