Hello,
We recently upgraded from Venus 4 to Venus 6.3.2.1485. The first daily maintenance after upgrade worked fine.
However, a week later I am suddenly stuck in an endless loop in the daily maintenance (see picture).
Has anyone encountered something similar?

I’m certain that you have to actually open the cover now before you can proceed.

I’ve opened (and then closed) the cover.
Do you mean that it should be kept opened?
So weird, we ran the daily maintenance last week after upgrading and it worked fine.

The door must be open when you press the ok button. Afterwards, it will prompt you to close the door again.
