Hi Everyone,
I’ve not had any issues installing Venus before, but I’m struggling to install it on my new laptop this time round.
I’m trying to install Venus 5 on Windows 10 as a user with local admin privileges. I have .NET 3.5 enabled and .NET 4.6.2 and 4.8 installed also.
I can get as far as this dialog
However, after clicking Install another window appears titled Windows Installer which gives me the help material related to msiexec. My only option from this point is to click OK which terminates the installation process.
Has anyone else encountered this before? Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this issue?
