For instance, my 15mL tubes and rack are not present so when the system pipettes in there, I don’t see anything and it looks like everything is freezing.
Do you have any idea why some of the labwares will show up and some other won’t?
I used regular carrier and labware from the Hamilton labware folder.
For your missing carriers, the labware likely has the visibility set to No by default. This means at run time, they will be invisible until they are used. If you right click on the labware, you can change this value to Yes and they will be visible at the start of the run.
For your tubes, it’s possible the 3D model for the container definition is missing or one is not defined. For both cases, the tubes appear to be invisible. Check the container definition you are using for the tube carrier and verify the path of the model associated with the container. The paths should be relative to the Hamilton\Labware folder.
