Error After VENUS 6.3.2 Upgrade

After upgrading to VENUS 6.3.2 we are noticing protocols that require some sort of User Dialog errors out (but runs fine on Legacy Run Control). We’ve also done fresh installs and run into the same issue.

Has anyone else run into a similar error? The weird part is the trace file does not give any useful information.

I created this simple method and ran it on my 6.3.2 setup with no issues using the newer UI run control.

  • Can you provide more information on the upgrade process and provide more clarification on how fresh installs were performed?
  • Are there any computer permissions set up?

Please export and share a diagnostics file from a failed run - it may not contain the info we need, but it would be a start.
