Hello, I’m encountering issues I’ve never seen before on a Hamilton STARlet. In Run Control, I cannot initiate any methods due to the following error:
In STAR Service, I cannot troubleshoot as it won’t open due to the following error:
“Run-time error ‘-2147467262 (80004002)’:
Cannot stop the device read thread.”

Sorry to hear about the issue! This is a hardware error with the front shield lights that work in conjunction with the Autoload. “I0” functions pertain to the Autoload.
If your system is under warranty or contract, I recommend calling the service hotline to get a work order assigned for the FSE to investigate and repair.
