Looks like this forum topic would be useful! It looks like the limit is 5 minutes for any single instrument step. Using the Pipetting Tools Library (part of the STAR Tools Suite) as indicated would resolve that.
As far as parameter ranges, look in the C→Program Files x 86→ Hamilton →Bin Folder, and look for a file labeled “HxCoreLiquidEditorEnu.chm” . Navigate to the “Liquid Class Properties”→”Liquid Parameters Ranges” subsection. This lists all the liquid parameters for all the various channel sizes and channel types for your given version of Venus.
