Publishing methods

Hello everyone,

This is not a technical question, so feel free to move this thread somewhere else, if needed.

However, I think a lot of you guys reading this do develop own methods which automate processes and solve problems.

So I was wondering if anyone has experience in publishing their results?
I have come across SLAS and was wondering if there are some other examples or publication sites.

Like if you work in LC-MS, do you publish inside LC-MS and have the automation part as a “biproduct”?

Just curious!

Best wishes

Hello Hans-Otto, there is many journals and publications dedicated to this. Here is a link for a popular one many of us are familiar with in the industry: SLAS DISCOVERY | SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS

Cell Device has published on a fair amount of automation related topics.

You can! Or publish in some of the other one’s folks mentioned. It depends on the work.

With that said, there’s usually a GitHub repo in the papers so you can always start there and then decide based on wherever you get accepted tbh.
