Thermo Electron Teleshake with Shakemodul RS232 protocol

Hi All,

Does anybody have information on the RS232 communication protocol for a ThermoElectron Teleshake with Shakemodul? I can find the user manual all over the place, but not the com protocol. The user manual indicates a part number for the apparent com protocol manual to be 50109812, putting that in the Googler gets me nowhere. I just want to plug in the RS232 cable and control the shaker manually.

Inheco tech support got me hooked up with the correct manuals for RS232 communication.

As an aside, I’ve been really please with Inheco tech support, I believe they are located in Germany, but I typically get a response from them within a half hour of emailing, very prompt!
