I’m a laboratory automation engineer at Mosa Meat, in Maastricht, the Netherlands. We’re working on bringing the concept of cultured bovine muscle and fat tissue into the mainstream market in order to reduce the carbon footprint and cruelty of traditional agricultural husbandry in the meat industry.

I manage and program all of our liquid handlers (mostly Tecan Fluent / Opentrons) for use in wellplate-scale research (as opposed to bio-reactors and spinners).
