Hi,

I’ve looked around at other threads to see options for how to get a fixed height dispense mix to be submerged in the liquid but haven’t quite pinpointed how to go about this. I saw that apparently for a fixed height dispense, the mix position parameter isn’t actually used (?). Currently the tips rise completely above the wells between mixes.

I’m not too sure what you’re trying to do here. If you set your aspirate step to be at a set height and you turn off the liquid following during dispense/mix that should help you dispense and mix from a fixed height. Make sure you set liquid following to off if you want to set your mix at a fixed height
