Add Dispense Mix step in Replicates PowerStep

I am trying to add a mix step after dispense in the Replicates PowerStep. I already have it set to pick up a new tip for each replica but there is no option to mix like the aspirate or the dispense step in other PowerSteps. Am I missing something?

There is a mix step option with the Replicates Smart Step but alas, it does not interleave like the PowerStep.

Hi @Christina ,

It appears that you have not missed anything. The replicate Power Step does not support mixing on the dispense positions. Its original design, I believe is to replicate into empty plates as opposed to dilutions. It also supports multi-dispensing the target replicates which would also not allow mixing on the dispense.
