My friend developed an impressive tool for the Echo liquid handler that calculates and saves different dose-response curves. The tool lets you store these curves and link them to a “bucket” or assay container for compounds, which can also be saved. All you need to do is provide the source sample rackscan or plate map, and it executes the pattern in the bucket to automatically generate pick lists that can be run anywhere.
