we saw this problem. did u upgraded to venus 6 ? we found out that there are some spacer in head which are 22mm and for some other ones it will beed 20mm spacer in head. talk to your service team rep from hamilton and they can help to replace the spacer and that should solve the problem.

We had the service tech come out and replace the spacer plates again, seemed to have fixed it.
