I am trying to array 100 plates at a time and I am wondering what liquid handling system you would recommend to use.
Do you have any further details about what you mean by array?
Are you trying to cherry-pick samples from a randomized group of tubes into a plate, or do you mean something more along the lines of normalizing or stamping source plates to various destinations?
I would also mention that budget constraints are a big factor here, do you know how much you are willing to spend on this system?

I’m trying to take bulk reagent from a source container and stamp it into 100 source plates with the same volume in every well. Currently I do not have a budget constraint, but I’m sure I will at some point. I’m just trying to start my search somewhere.
What kind of volumes? Stackers? Integration Friendly? Types of liquids?
There are lots of bulk dispensers out there with pros/cons.
Couple of things to get you started:
Thermo Combi
Certus Flex
Formulatrix Tempest
Integra Viafill (now WellJet evidently)
In the 10-100 uL range, working with water like liquids
I would also add the Biotek Multiflow to this list.
