CORE II Shifted Tip Pickup Adapter REV B

I recently ordered some new CORE II shifted tip pickup adapters and noticed that its REV B instead of the REV A that we have. The differences I’m noticing is the cutouts on the bottom of the adapter. I’m curious to why the new revision and why the change?

Hello,

The tip adapter was updated to be compatible with the Tip Isolator modules. As you describe, there were some cutouts added to the bottom of the part to allow for clearance. No changes to the labware definition are needed.
