Custom pipetting loop for reagent distribution

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if somebody has setup a reagent distribution using the FluentControl pipetting loop? I would like to mix the samples after addition, and can’t find a way to do this using the reagent distribution option. Wondering if anyone already has an elegant implementation before I try and implement this myself natively.

You can use a liquid class to add a mix on dispense or aspirate within the microscript.

Yeah I’ve made this request with them so hopefully they introduce it.

With that said, Variable Pipetting Loops is your friend here.

If you’re savvy with LC’s, you can add a mix step within the micro script of the liquid class as @evwolfson noted.
