Dismantle 32-rack (Sample Tube Carrier)

Hello everyone,

Is there an easy way to dismantle a 32-rack into the two building blocks?
I’ve seen them dismantled into two parts (2x16) and also into four parts (4x8), but when I tried to dismantle them myself it altmost felt like I had to break them so I stopped. Is there some button or click-mechanism which I am not aware of?

I’m Interessed because then the rack would fit into our shaker and therefore allow a more effective sample prep without further adjustments.

The front of the rack has a rounded finger pull.
Slide it down
Remove the metal rod
One the edge of a table, the segments should vertically seperate.
This is for 173410.
If you break one, they are cheap :slight_smile:
