Does anyone have the Illumina TruSeq® Stranded Total RNA Sample method or the Total RNA with ribosomal Depletion method?

Hey,

Wondering if anyone would be willing to share their Biomeki7 automated method for the Illumina TrueSeq Stranded RNA or for illumina depletion kit.

I’ve contacted them for this method, however having some trouble as the method I have recieved does not have any of the techniques in the file, plus a few other issues. Hoping someone on here might have a working method

Appreciate any help on this, and also can trade other methods I have if interested.

If they sent you the method file, then it should have included the project items (pipetting technique etc). I would ask whoever sent the file to you originally to rectify this.
