I think Medrun company outside eppendorf that can offer any type of services for these robots. Medrun.com offers calibration, PM and repairs for all EpMotion products from 5070 to 5075 and 96. We also provide tool calibration for all these systems including Opentron. Tools have to be send back to the service center and we do provide loaners if needed. Medrun covers the entire continental US for EpMotion services.
All services come with 90days warranty, including parts.
