When I try to use Power Step I encounter this error. We are using Venus 6.2.1.
I’ve searched on this forum and some others and have not seen any posts about this specific issue. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this or has any insight into the cause.

So what Windows are you running? Win 10, Win 11? Did you run Windows update recently or is your system outdated? I’ve seen weird DirectX related issues on 6.2.1 and decided to upgrade to 6.2.3 and Windows 11. Now I don’t know if my issues were because of Win10 or Win11 but we had a daily shift from 3D to 2D. (Which we first attributed to a user having a preference for 2D but that was not true)
Try to perform a windows update or update DirectX
