Does anyone have any experience loading EvoTips using the air gap sandwich method like that offered for the OT-2 or Bravo? Our group is finding that the CVs are not reliable because it seems the sample gets diluted because the air gaps don’t stay during the positive pressure step. Has anyone had any luck optimizing this method to eliminate the user from having to centrifuge multiple times?
For the Bravo are you referring to the 96AM version distributed with the Protein Workbench 4.0? In that case, please get in contact with some of our specialists in your territory.
