I keep running into a hot plate vacuum error when trying to use gas permeable seal (azenta PN 4ti-0599) on a plate loc. Wondering if anyone knows what adjustments I need to make to get this to work.
@acrith This seal is not made for the Plateloc. The Azenta plate sealer feeds in portrait and the Plateloc seal feeds in landscape. Let me know if you have any questions.
It actually is compatible. I was even using it consistently prior to a PM being done on the plateloc, and I know of other people doing the same thing successfully. I know an adjustment needs to be made to accommodate it, I’m just not sure what.
@acrith Gotcha. From their website, It says its not compatible with the Plateloc.
Do you know if the person that PM’d the Plateloc changed any physical adjustments to the slider plate?
They must have, but I don’t know specifics. Would this be the component to adjust?

Was the plateloc issue resolved? I am a servicer of platelocs and am curious about what fixed it.
