My lab is interested in automated pH modules for our Vantage running on Venus 6, and unfortunately it looks like the ApH is not supported for this configuration.
Was wondering if anyone here has attempted to custom integrate the ApH module onto their systems with any success?

we used them in past on Vantage and Star on Venus 4 and 5. we retired them as our process changed.
Interesting, so the ApH is compatible with Vantage and Venus 5?
How was your experience with the module, in terms of maintaining connection to the device and ability to use pH measurements as input for a titration feedback loop?
it worked great as we used it every day and it can do all 96 wells in short time
For which applications automated pH measurement in 96-well plates are used?
Mainly in protein purification workflows, often need to perform pH titration to stabilize the buffer matrix. The volume additions of acid/base are easy to perform with the liquid handler, but getting a pH measurement confirming target range has been met has been the challenge.

Possibly can integrate the Rapid_pH into a larger workcell system, but this post was ideally looking for probe integration within the liquid handler deck itself.
