HHS 3g library issue

Hi All,
Does someone has an experience with HHS 3g library? Our old Hamilton has Venus 5 associated with HHS 2g library. Recently, we purchase a new Hamilton STAR with Venus 5 but it came with HHS 3g library. Unfortunately, my method is not working anymore in the new robot because of HHS 3g library. Is there a easy fix? I would appropriate a lot for your feedback!

I would check if the HHS connection setup is the same between the two STARs. It’s possible that the new Hamilton STAR doesn’t have the HHS usb connected to the same port as your old STAR.
