Hey friends - Im developing a new method on a STAR (venus 4.5) which requires an iSwap movement to and from an HHS, but I keep getting an “argument out of range or missing” error before the iSwap pickup. I tried enabling/disabling collision control in the step details, changed the labware to be moved, and taught the iSwap for that plate. For reference, the iSwap is meant to transport a 2 mL deep-well plate and isnt doing anything too fancy. Does anybody know where I can find that parameter and what suitable range it should be in? Thanks!
What grip height are you using? For deep well plates, make sure it’s ~13mm so it’s gripping lower on the plate. If you grip too high up, then the plate could be in the no fly zone.
Otherwise, please share your method so we can confirm the deck and gripper orientation.
Thanks,
Eric
