I’m working on a method that utilizes an integrated LabElite decapper connected to a STARlet. I have installed the Hamilton LabElite Decapper library and an able to transport and scan labware on the device. What I can’t seem to figure out is how I capture the barcode and position information from the LabElite after a scan. I’ve read that I’m suppose to use the easyCodeII library or that I might need the sila driver to use this functionality.
Does anyone have download links for these libraries/drivers or can provide resources on how to set up and use this functionality of the LabElite Decapper?
Have you seen this link on their website? Hamilton Support. I just learned of it today - perhaps this question is better suited in the Hamilton category?
I recently inherited a Hamilton LabElite I.D. Capper from another lab, but I’m having trouble making it work with my Hamilton 2.0 mL tubes (#10090250) in the SDR-048-03 rack. I do not have access to the Hamilton website because I didn’t buy the equipment directly. Would you be able to share with me the relevant configs? Thanks
