Issues with generating mapping file

Hi All! I’ve run into an issue generating a mapping file at the end of my protocol. For some context, I have a sequence loaded that contains every position for 10 384 well plates on the deck, which may or may not be used. For this simulation run that I’m testing, only 2 of the 10 possible 384 well plates are used. The issue arises at the end of the protocol when I am trying to generate a mapping file that shows which well of my 96 well plate went in to which well of the 2 384 well plates (only 384_TC_0001 and 0002 were used):

The error description is: C:\Program Files (x86)\HAMILTON\Library\HSLMappingReportImpl.hs_(1677) : _Method::STCC::HSLMapReport::GenerateMappingFileV43() The labware ‘ML_STAR\APE_CARRIER_01199\MJR_384_TC_0003’ is not present. (0x0 - 0x0 - 0x6)

I had this error on another generate mapping file earlier on in the protocol using the same target sequence (I broken up the protocol into groups “adding master mix” and “adding DNA”) but somehow I fixed it and I don’t know how…

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
