I am trying to use the the Labware Assistant to generate a carrier containing the Media Fill Module (P/N: 93805-01) and it does not appear on the list provided by the program. Is there a way to add the module to this list or would I have to work with the Reagent Fill Module that is already there.

Assuming you are referring to the Reno Media Fill Module and not the older (pre-2015) model:
It was not added to the Labware Assistant and it has not been added to the latest Labware Editor yet, but we commonly use a DWP Multiflex Module in its place and adjust the Z height as necessary as a workaround.
