Hi - we have 3 old liconics 2X STX-44, and STX-220. The CO2 sensor gave an error and the local supplier found an appropriate compatible sensor (10K euro). By the time they came to install it, the problem seemed to have resolved itself. Now we are considering whether to return it for refund. As I said we have several incubators and they are not used much, so possible to get the parts from one of those if they would be compatible. Any thoughts?

Are you in the US? Do you perform PMs? Can you sell new/refurb parts to customers? Liconic support is greatly lacking, would be great to have some alternative [in the US anyway].
We have an office in US - Scipods and we have a partner company in Liechtenstein - LarianTech.
Unfortunately we do not sell parts. We can perform any modifications, upgrades, firmware changes, PM’s on Liconic incubators. We also have many of units refurbished on hand for sale.
