Hello, One of our Stars has a hard time detecting liquid. 6 out of the 8 channels are failing to detect 80ul whereas our other Stars in the same plate and carrier are fine down to 40. I ran the cLLD macro in star service and the values for all 8 1ml heads are out of range. Is there a way to make an adjustment using the software or maybe a hardware fix? Thanks!
