Lost connection of PF-400

Hi - I have a PreciseFlex 400 arm mounted on a 1.5 meter rail that is integrated into a workcell through an ethernet connection to the main PC running my scheduling software. The ethernet connection is down; nothing in my arsenal will bring it back up. Swapping cables, power cycling, cycling the ethernet hub. I’ve tried to connect to the onboard software via my PC and I’ve had no luck - that connection is down too. Has anyone encountered this? How did you fix it? and how does this happen?

@kh48105 Can you also make sure the E-Stop is not triggered?

Do you have GDE installed? Can you use their discovery tool to see if its there? Did your IP or subnet change on your client PC side?
