Hello,
In my method, which uses constantly changing volumes ranging from 10 µL to 1000 µL, I needed a way to quickly detect clots without implementing a full TADM analysis, pressure curves, or similar approaches. I implemented a MAD-based solution and reached out to my Field Specialist for guidance on the programming aspects (see below).
He suggested that I determine the most appropriate threshold for my application, with a value of 30 as an initial recommendation. My goal is for the system to be reasonably sensitive to clot detection, but I do not fully understand what this value of 30 represents or how adjusting it affects sensitivity. As a result, I am unsure what threshold would be most appropriate to achieve reliable clot detection while minimizing false positives.
Thank you.
