Mammalian Work Cell

Are any folks familiar with mammalian cell culture work cells? Integrated incubators, centrifuges, etc. I’d love to hear more about the types of equipment people are using to support these processes.

I’m most familiar with the Allen Institute iPSC Pipeline, which uses:

  • Cytomat 24 and 6000 incubators for reagents and cell culture respectively

  • Celigo imaging cytometer for assessing confluency and cell count

  • Hamilton tilt module to facilitate passaging

  • Inheco TEC heater to prepare media/ reagents for the right temperature on-deck
