Maximum shake speeds for MIDI/PCR plate

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has done a test to figure out maximum shake speeds in these plates (MIDI plate Thermo AB-0765 and 0.2ml Biorad- HSP9601) at different volumes, to see what the maximum is you can get away with without causing splash/contamination events. I was thinking 50ul/100ul in the HSP and maybe 100/200/500ul in the MIDI?
I can obviously do this empirically by ramping up shake speed in my lab, but if there’s already information out there then I’d rather use that as a starting point!

QInstruments has some papers for optimizing shake speeds on different orbital radii. It’s at the bottom of their download page in the “knowledge” section.

I doubt anyone has anything published for your exact plates but those papers would be a great starting point.
