ML Prep pipetting option locked on order?

Curious if you can upgrade the Microlab prep with a pipetting option it didn’t originally ship with.

E.g. a machine with 2 independent channels getting an 8-probe head added and vice versa.

Is this doable in the field? Couldn’t find it on the website but there were instructions for replacing the heads so guessing it may be possible.

Hi @mnewsom the Prep is not able to have the pipetting configuration changed after purchase. You can change the deck configuration/thermal devices, but not the pipetting configuration.
