ML Prep v3.3.0 Software Release

Hi all,

The latest software update for the ML Prep (v3.3.0) is released and is now live on the Hamilton ML Prep website. Along with various improvements and bug fixes, this release adds:

  • Better ‘off instrument programming’ support by enabling remoting into the Prep via Windows Remote Desktop.
  • Run data available in JSON and CSV format to support sample tracking and LIMS systems.
  • Ability to automatically push run reports (PDF, CSV, and/or JSON) to remote locations at the end of a run.
  • ‘Mix Speed’ has been added as an overridable liquid parameter.
  • Support for taking and managing screenshots in the software.

Hi @mrthorne,

Good work on the new version. The automatic reporting is a great improvement and the option of choosing the file type makes it even better. It was a much needed addition.
I am really curious to test out the 'off instrument programming support" and I was wondering where I can find instructions on how to set this up.

Thanks.

There appear to be instructions here: How do I use Remote Desktop Connection on my Microlab Prep? | Knowledge Center | Hamilton Company
