I’m programming an in-tip SPE chemistry workflow on the NIMBUS96.
I’m aspirating 750uL and the 2mL well contains 1.3mL. With the wide bore tip, I’m having issues with liquid overflowing when attempting to bind the sample to the SPE tip (and the liquid flow itself is also not as straight forward as it would be for a regular black conductive tip). I was thinking that if there’s an option to adjust approach speed along with liquid tracking once the tip reaches the defined height, that could potentially solve the problem, but at the moment I’ve simply broken up the large aspirate into smaller chunks
