Hi all,
Our gripper crashed recently when attempting to move a plate on the pedestal. Now when I’m attempting to initialize, the gripper does not do the full 180 degree turn as it normally would, it just kind of jiggles in place and gives this error below
Here’s the log from the error that I’m receiving when I’m trying to initialize the head + gripper
Also, using the instrument control panel, I can open the gripper all the way, but it as soon as I hit initialize, the gripper fingers close, and then the same error pops up again.
