See this link for a zip that includes a new definition called ODTC_Site along with the one just previously shared.
Also included is a template definition is just 1 track (similar to the PlateLoc) but it uses the same offset location as the ODTC carrier that the NGS STAR uses. On the plate site for the template, you can snap the new ODTC definition and a plate rack file.
