I uploaded a quick guide on teaching off-deck positions with an iSWAP (or iPG) that includes some instructions on how to create a template for an off deck plate site.

Also, check out this thread where we shared examples of such templates for the PlateLoc and ODTC.

ODTC and PlateLoc Labware Definitions

See this link for a zip that includes a new definition called ODTC_Site along with the one just previously shared. Also included is a template definition is just 1 track (similar to the PlateLoc) but it uses the same offset location as the ODTC carrier that the NGS STAR uses. On the plate site for the template, you can snap the new ODTC definition and a plate rack file. [image]
