Does the Opentrons Python API have a native format for representing or visualizing the full deck state? I’m looking to print out deck layouts during protocols and potentially create a tool to visualize the deck setup before running a protocol. Any insights on accessing or creating a comprehensive deck state representation would be appreciated.
This can be performed with our app. I’m not sure if there is a way to access this in the API, but you can upload the protocol to our app, and before ever starting the run, you can see the deck layout. Let me know if this is helpful!
