Hi,
I quite often remote desktop to a PC running VENUS 6 an have encountered this issue where if someone else has remoted into that PC and used VENUS 6 before then when I remote in it says that other user is using VENUS and i can’t, even if they closed the program and signed out. The only solution seems to be a restart when the previous user is logging out.
We use VENUS 5 on another PC and never have this problem.
Has anybody encountered this issue?
