I’m doing some research into how labs handle dispensing accuracy and QC on automated liquid handlers: where the pain points are, what people do today, and what’s still frustrating.
Rather than post a survey, I would love to actually talk to a handful of people who work with liquid handlers day to day: automation scientists, QC folks, core facility or CRO staff, anyone who deals with dispensing accuracy or verification.
Just a casual 20–30 min call to hear about your workflow and where things go wrong. Not selling anything, genuinely trying to understand the problem from people who live it.
