My lab is currently looking to utilize the SCIEX MS Triple Quad 5500 with Thermo’s UHPLC. Currently, it seems like SCIEX has stop developing on Analyst and swapped over to OS, but my lab seems to want to keep using Analyst. I wanted to ask if anyone has any experience with automating the Analyst software from SCIEX? The documentation is relatively sparse for API.
