Select specific wells when running a Magellan method from FluentControl

I’m new to running Magellan protocols from FluentControl.

When running the ‘Measure’ command from FluentControl, I can only select the labware and the Magellan method. But I would like to instruct the reader on which wells to analyse. Is that possible in some way?

Hi,
It’s been a while so bear with me …
I’ve used Magellan on integrated Tecan systems for many years, with a lot of Tecan robot software packages!
The goal here is to use a Magellan Sample ID list - import into the method at runtime & this re-aligns the Magellan plate layout and should adjust the wells being read
Not 100% certain if FluentControl allows this function - but happy to provide some guidance
