If anyone has been a service eng in the past, could anyone share how to adjust the alignment of the channels such that the tip-to-tip deviation in X at labware is more aligned? I’m having some issues with clipping the left edge of a 384 well with one tip, and the right edge of a different well with another tip. The only way I can think of resolving this issue is adjusting the alignment of the channels themselves but I’m not familiar with the pod attachment on my i7.
