US based, serving coast to coast. Goes without saying, there is a concentration in BOS, SFO and SAN. Hamilton team is great… great apps and great service. We service the systems they no longer want to work with. Field upgrades, major repairs, basic preventative maintenance, and service contacts. We often respond to problems and down systems within hours.

I’ll just add that I purchased a Starlet from Mykle (connected to him completely from word-of-mouth, not this forum) and setup and service have both been A+. I would not hesitate to buy another from Nugget if the need arose.

Mykle + Nugget team taught me, from scratch, how to repair every problem on a STAR(let).
In 3 years we had 14 STARs in production, serviced by Nugget within days of issue.
I firmly believe there is no better contact on Earth for servicing and repairing STARs, especially big teams iterating quickly that need to learn how to carry out small fixes themselves.
