Tecan Fluent RGA Plate Transfer

My Tecan method includes a transfer labware command where the RGA arm picks up a 96 DW plate and transfers it to a Te-Shake Shaker. I’ve not run into any issues with this. However, during the second transfer labware command when the RGA picks up the 96 DW plate after the timer finishes, it it not placing the plate back correctly on it’s original nest position 15. I checked the RGA fingers to ensure they were straight and all the screws were tightened. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Thank you!

this says to me that the dropoff on shaker is too far to the right, the shaker locks the plate to the left when RGA releases, and when RGA goes to retrieve after the shake, the plate is gripped with the artifical offset to the left

I have had that a few times with a different device and labware. I use the Hydrospeed washers and sometimes going to the washer its fine. But when it comes back to the deck its off. The way I have been able to resolve that problem is by reteaching the vector to the washer. In this case maybe you need to reteach the shaker vector? Save a copy of the coordinates and try?
