Hi al! I accidentally edited the standard Whole Blood Free Single Liquid class on my Fluent and while my pipetting is performing much better, I am encountering issues with not having room in my 1mL tip for the liquid that’s being moved. There are some calculations to determine how many uL to move per loop but because I only changed the LC I believe the error is coming from something I changed with the airgaps ect. I never had to deal with when it was the original Liquid Class. Can someone help me out with a screenshot of what the basic parameters are for the Whole Blood Free Single so I can see where my custom LC went wrong and try to engineer a functioning hybrid LC for this?
